I came in for an inspection but I also had some other concerns about my vehicle, which he listened to and gave me advice on. They got my inspection done quickly and I will definitely be back for any needed car repairs. They also get bonus points for having a relaxing patio to wait on. (I am so sorry if I have the wrong name though, my kid was up several times last night, but I'm pretty sure he said Chris. Let’s start by saying that: Their CS and HONESTY is beyond me! Their amazing staff composed of ONLY men, actually greet people, in person AND over the phone! They don’t give you the average and miserable: hey, what’s up, what do you want, okaaay, Nope! They ACTUALLY and genuinely greet you! They ALWAYS sound like they WANT TO BE THERE! Working and serving others. Men working with people sometimes can be aloof, disengaged, and simply, well let’s just put it this way uncaring about giving a service to others, but NO HERE! These respectful and professional men, TRULY do take utmost care of their customers. I’ve been going there for almost 3 years, and they NEVER disappoint! I used to go to a body shop in the area for years, and they were always my go to; but they moved away, and I dreaded the isea of dealing with people NOT KNOWING TO LEAVE their attitude at home, along with their misery. I saw this place several times, and thought that they’d probably charge an arm and a leg, ump up the prices, charge for services NOT needed, etc. (you know, the typical mechanical horror story, where the issue is never repaired, and the solution is expensier than the problem…), NOPE, not once I have ever been overcharged, nor they have left the issue there, or their job leading to other issues. Every time that I’ve needed their service, they always there: WILLINGLY, genuinely and truly doing what they’re supposed to do: provide EXCELLENT CS, their HONEST SERVICE, and that your batimobile is SAFE go out into the world! Maybe I shouldn’t have said it like it is, because now I’m worried that they’d be so packed with new customers, that there won’t be room for my batmobile in the future! 🤣 Honestly, just GO THERE! You won’t be disappointed! P.S: did I tell you that their facility is ALWAYS spotless AND smells great 😳 Not a SINGLE dealership smells this great! J&T Automotive was amazing. My work truck had a check engine light come on when I was on my way to Houston to work for the week. I called and got a hold of Oscar who got me in same day and took great care of me and my company truck. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a reliable shop to fix your vehicle. The cost, I felt was high. I contacted J&T based on the reviews about their shop for a second opinion. I spoke with Bryan, and we went over the repairs and scheduled the work. I appreciated that there was no pressure and the parts were order ASAP. Bryan went over the entire job with me afterwards, providing photos of the work they performed. We replaced 8 control arms, did an alignment and added 4 new tires. The price came out to be the about the same as what the dealership quoted but I walked away with much more. We fixed bad bushings on 3 control arms and did preventive maintenance on the rest by replacing the other 5. We also replaced 4 tires instead of just 2. I am satisfied with the work and the price was fair. The car feels great on the road, its been a week and I have no issues. The staff was friendly and professional. The shop was well maintained.
